Two (2) nurses have helped me early mornings, each for 12 years. They're both staying. We're looking to replace another who is moving out of town. Two (2) others were also 10+ years before they moved on. If you seem like a good fit, any of them will be happy to answer any questions.
It's a great job for people who listen and learn the system (not so much for those who don't).
No charting, no recruiting others to help, no mask, no vaccine requirement, no license requirement. Casual, comfortable dress. Short, in-home visits early-mornings so you can make good money and then do something else with your day!
I pay by the visit to give incentive to get done quickly. If you finish more quickly, it still pays the same.
If you can learn the routine/system, you can make MORE than $50 per hour!
The routine/system works VERY well, but it's not intuitive (not at all). That's the only hard part getting past expectations for how things need to be done. Some very small nurses have worked for me and can handle me no problem. You just have to have enough strength to move me, but there's no dead lifting or anything like that. It just takes learning the system.
Once you get it, it's pretty easy, but you have to be reliable/dependable. There's also opportunity for fill-in. And, on rare occasion, a quick emergency visit for $100.
I broke my neck and was paralyzed when I was 22. But then I went to law school and have a busy, thriving law practice out of my home office in Overland Park. I just need help getting ready every morning. That's me in the photo (taken in September).

All taxes are taken out and payday is every 2 weeks by direct deposit through ADP Payroll company. We do a background check on everyone works for me so all can feel comfortable.
