Our brand new dental practice in Blue Springs, MO, is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations, to become a valued member of our team. As a Practice Manager, you will contribute to the success of our office by guiding and supporting our team to assist in providing the best patient care to the community! Responsibilities:
Help Doctor prioritize, plan and block schedule for CE through Doctor Education and Leadership programs
Commit to serving as a business partner for the Doctor, collaborating and developing quarterly and annual financial goals, in addition to monitoring other key performance indicators and metrics
Identify and support future team growth by selecting candidates (Business Assistants, Dental Assistants, Hygienists) that are an 80% match for both the position and the practice
Analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
