Even though we’re new on the scene, The Behavior Project has been a long time coming. Our founder, Kate, has been brewing this concept in her heart and mind for the past decade. Even when working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis independently and then through clinical director roles at startups, she always knew she wanted something to call her own that would make an impact on the world. Kate wanted to help tiny humans and their families really thrive and create a safe learning environment rich in play, collaboration and support. A place where they could get more than just a clinical diagnosis and sterile treatment. She wanted to create a supportive place of community. Because, as we all know….. #ItTakesAVillage.
