About the Role
As a Make-Ready Technician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring vacant apartments are turned quickly and professionally so incoming residents feel at home the moment they move in. You’ll handle tasks such as:
Interior painting and touch-ups
Basic maintenance and repairs
Cleaning, pressure washing, and groundskeeping as needed
Preparing each apartment to meet Hickok-Dible’s quality standards before move-in
Qualifications
At least 6 months of experience in property maintenance, make-ready work, general labor, or related fields
Ability to use hand tools and basic maintenance equipment
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and a pride in quality workmanship
