We are seeking an individual that enjoys working outside with their hands. Planting flowers, trimming shrubs, operating small equipment, and various light duty tasks.
We are willing to train someone to do these tasks. Experienced individuals will start at a different pay rate.
Duties include:
- Landscape bed maintenance
- Bed preparation
- Mulching
- Weed spraying/removal
- Use of tools such as blower, trimmer, chainsaw, hedge trimmer, pole saw, hand pruners, stick edger, zero turn mowers and push mowers
- Apply fertilizer to turf and plant material
- Design and layout of flower and plant beds
- Ability to identify plant material and plant problems
- Knowledge of plant characteristics and care
- Working autonomously while being reliable and trustworthy
- Manual labor daily, able to work on feet all day, lifting heavy objects (i.e. tree work and shrub trimming)
- Working shift from 6:30am – 2:30pm subject to change
