Duties:
- Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including offices, common areas, and restrooms.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure a clean and tidy environment.
- Dust and polish surfaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Empty trash and recyclables, and replace liners in waste baskets.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and mirrors.
- Clean and maintain equipment, including mop handles and vacuum cleaners.
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Maintain the facility's cleanliness and appearance during regular business hours.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Reliable and punctual.
