We are a commercial cleaning company. We clean and wax retail store floors with the use of our machines. Cleaning the store floors consists of the usual sweeping, mopping, and using our walk behind machines to scrub and buff floors. The strip and wax jobs typically require about 8 hours and we perform these on Friday, Saturday, and sometimes Sunday evenings.
During the week, most of our employee's work about 6:30pm until 12:00am.
Preferably we are looking for someone who can work some of the week day nights and also Friday and Saturday nights for the strip and waxes. If you can only work the Friday and Saturday night strip and wax jobs then we can talk about that.
Requirements include: Valid Drivers license, good personal transportation, ability to speak and understand English, and have consistent attendance and on-time reliability.
Person must have a cell phone and can receive calls and text messages.
If you don't have experience towing a small enclosed trailer then eventually we will teach you.
We provide our employees with training, equipment, supplies, fuel, and the transportation to drive from store to store.
You will need to drive your vehicle to and from the location of our equipment in Basehor (this town is between Bonner Springs and The Legends). After arriving at work, you will be in our vehicle to travel to each store on your route for that day. Employee's must have the physical ability to handle cleaning equipment (loading and unloading the trailer and using equipment in the store).
Reliability and a desire to always do a quality job is extremely important. If you have situations at home that could prevent you from going to work as scheduled, then please do not apply (stores need to be serviced and cancelling their service is something we can not often do).
