DG Lawnscaping is a family owned business located North of Liberty in Clay county. Specializing in commercial mowing and landscaping services. Mowing is focused on large commercial properties. We do not do residential mowing.
Job Overview:
We are currently hiring for Commercial mowing and for Experienced Commercial Lawn Care Technician & Professional Landscaping and Hardscaping Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about working outdoors.
Positions Available:
Commercial Mower - be part of one of our commercial mowing crews (Note: No residential mowing all commercial contracts) Must be able to operate John Deere stand on mowers, and commercial sit down mowers. Ability to operate weedeaters and backpack blowers.
Commercial Lawn Technician - Specializing in large area mowing and turf maintenance.
Landscaping and Hardscaping Technician - Experienced in installing mulch, rock, plants, trees, and decorative edging for commercial and residential properties. Hardscaping installations include paver patios, knee walls, and retaining walls.
General Labor - Additional Individuals needed to help us get the job done.
Duties:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding
- Assist in the installation of hardscape features like patios and walkways
- Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers according to landscape plans
- Conduct lawn care activities including fertilizing and aerating
- Support groundskeeping efforts to maintain outdoor areas
Requirements:
Must have a valid, clean drivers license. Prefer class E. Must have your own reliable transportation. We are not located on a bus line.
- Proven experience in landscaping, including garden maintenance and hardscaping
- Ability to dig, build, and irrigate outdoor spaces effectively
- Knowledge of tree care practices and landscape maintenance techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow landscape designs accurately
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
