Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of installation of single-ply, modified, and BUR roofing systems.
- Able to lift over 50 pounds.
- Able to work and manage a Team to perform roofing work.
- Able to use a ladder at heights over 20 feet.
- Not afraid of heights.
- Show up on time everyday there is work.
- Able to follow and enforce all job Safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have reliable transportation. Valid Driver's License is preferred.
- Able to read a tape measure.
- Able to use small hand tools.
- Must be able to keep in contact with the Superintendent.
- Able to use Cell Phone/Tablet for Applications.
- Must have at least 3 Years commercial roofing experience.
