I am looking for clean cut, professional people that have a jack of all trade's skill set, we get in to a little bit of everything. We have contracts inside for Apartment Make Readies, which involve painting, light electrical, light plumbing, cleaning ETC to turnkey an apartment.
We do flooring. LVP glue down and click products. Outside we have done house painting,decks,fences,wood rot ETC.
My company has been doing this for many years guys and I am looking to bring people on who want to work and grow with the company, I always have work. I am not looking for the person who is just needing a check or 2 to get by, or any drama with drugs ETC.
The right person will be clean cut, able to communicate with customers, have a background in this industry, valid driver's license and wheels, basic tools and be organized and ready to work hard.
I go out of my way to take on work that I know we can do and do well, I do not get us into crap that we can't do properly. With that being said, as I always tell the guys we don't have to know everything but if we have the right mind set an mechanical aptitude we can figure most things out.
We have weekly pay, vacation and IRA plans after a year.
