Custodian
Duties include:
Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass partitions
Maintenance: Making minor repairs, such as replacing light fixtures or unclogging pipes
Trash removal: Emptying trash and recycling bins
Restroom cleaning: Cleaning and stocking restrooms, including sanitizing facilities
Security: Locking doors and windows, and conducting routine security checks
Grounds maintenance: Manage mowing and trimming lawns and hedges, and cleaning snow from sidewalks
Safety: Following safety precautions to prevent damage to the building and oneself
Inventory: Maintaining a thorough inventory
Ordering supplies: Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed
Fork Lift: forklift experience
Customer service: Assist in packing boxes for shipment.
