Responsibilities
Ideal candidates should be capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment to set up and dismantle event spaces, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally
Set up event spaces according to specific layout plans, including arranging tables, chairs, stages, and other equipment
Assist with the decoration and preparation of event areas, ensuring all elements meet the required standards
Work closely with event coordinators and other team members to understand and execute the event plan effectively
Quickly and efficiently breakdown event setups, ensuring the space is cleared and cleaned post-event
Load and unload event equipment and materials, ensuring safe and careful handling
Maintain and organize event equipment, ensuring it's in good working order
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures during setup and breakdown processes
-Must posses a valid drivers license. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be comfortable working on ladders. Must be available to work weekends.
