About the Role
This is a skilled renovation position — not entry-level. You’ll work on full apartment turnarounds and remodeling projects.
Typical daily tasks include:
Demoing and installing cabinets, countertops, doors, and hardware
Disconnecting and reconnecting plumbing fixtures (sinks, faucets, toilets)
Patching drywall, texturing, and prepping for paint
Installing lights, ceiling fans, outlets, and GFCIs
Setting appliances and testing operation
Installing blinds, mirrors, and bath accessories
Completing punch lists to ensure units are move-in ready
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in interior construction or apartment renovation (required)
Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and finish work
Reliable transportation and full-time availability
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team
