Hiring Sub Contractor individuals/ crews to bury fiber optic cable drops.
Crews will be trenching from vaults in the front yard to the side of customers house. Once at the house, a box and conduit will be installed to the side of the house. Lines will be buried using hand wedges, shovels and other hand tools. Trenches in yards will be Closed with a tamper. You will be required to take multiple photos at each site so a working phone will need to be available at your expense. Photos are required in order to bill out for jobs.
No inside work will take place in customers homes.
Pay is based on experience. Also willing to train motivated individuals. Pay is held for two weeks and will be paid out the third Friday. And every Friday thereafter.
You will be hired on as a 1099 contractor. We do not offer workman’s compensation or benefits.
Must have own transportation to reach each work site throughout the day.
Must have valid drivers license, and obtain general liability insurance within 30 days of hiring.
