Position: General Laborer - Painting and Joint Sealant Division
Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Responsibilities:
Surface Preparation: Assist in preparing surfaces for painting and joint sealing, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
Material Handling: Safely handle and transport painting and sealant materials, ensuring they are readily available for the team.
Assist Painters and Sealant Applicators: Support skilled team members in their tasks, including mixing paints, applying sealants, and other project-specific duties.
Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area by removing debris, packing tools, and disposing of waste materials.
Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety guidelines to create a secure working environment for yourself and your team.
Requirements:
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor tasks in a construction environment.
Basic understanding of painting and joint sealant processes is a plus.
Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
Hourly Rate
$16-20hr with WEEKLY PAY.
