General Laborer - Job Description & Responsibilities:
Assist in the renovation and remodel of multifamily units and other construction projects
Perform a variety of physical labor tasks, including demolition, site clean-up, material handling, and basic construction duties
Work alongside skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, to complete various projects
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Requirements:
Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to learn new skills and work in a fast-paced environment
Must have reliable transportation to job sites around the Kansas City area
Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
