We are searching for a talented and dedicated Lawn Crew Leaders to join our team. You will perform a range of duties including managing mow crew, quality control properties, mowing, trimming, blowing, maintaining the landscape design, removing weeds and dead plants, etc. with our top-of-the-line equipment.
As the leader, you will ensure the quality of work completed by your crew and that it is done in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be responsible, detail oriented, and a team player.
Responsibilities:
· Manage crew
· Quality control properties
· Follow schedule and ensure properties are completed in a timely manner
· Mowing, trimming, and blowing on a weekly basis
· Mulch installation
· Spring/Fall clean up
· Apply fertilizer to help enhance growth
· Remove weeds and plants
· Trim overgrown limbs and hedges
· Leaf removal
· Off Season: snow removal
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Driver’s license with ability to drive company truck with trailer
· Ability to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
· High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
· Good stamina and physical health
