We’re seeking a Licensed General Contractor to maintain and repair unoccupied single-family residential properties. Ideal partners are decisive, quality-driven, and operate with a strong sense of urgency.
What You’ll Handle:
-General handyman repairs (drywall, painting, minor electrical & plumbing)
-Permit procurement where required
-Material purchasing and logistics
-Coordinating specialty subs (e.g., roofing, sewer trenching) when scope exceeds handyman work
-Receiving/closing work orders via portals and mobile apps
-Final quality audits to ensure 100% completion at sign-off (no punch lists)
Requirements:
-Active GC license (in good standing)
-Demonstrated ability to pull permits as needed
-Portfolio showing high-quality workmanship
-One or more professional crews capable of multi-trade tasks
-Tech-savvy: comfortable with apps/portals and photo documentation
-Follows directions and makes sound field decisions with partial info
-Responds quickly and accepts/executes work with urgency
