The Daisy Walnut Apartments is looking for a new maintenance man to join our team. Responsibilities include completing service orders that may include resolving plumbing issues, electrical issues, appliance repairs, installations, replacements, fixing walls, chalking/sealing, etc. in a timely manner. As well as completing make ready, which includes flipping apartments after someone moves out to prepare it for someone to move in (checking appliances, fixing everything, painting, changing locks, etc). Qualifications include years of previous experience, available from nine-five Monday through Friday, bilingual in Spanish and English is HUGE plus. Please give us a call if you are interested.
