Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Walnut Grove RV Park. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of park facilities, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the experience of our guests.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on park facilities and equipment.
Utilize APP to track maintenance activities and manage work orders effectively.
Analyze schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems and logic controllers.
Fabricate and repair components as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues before they become problems.
Troubleshoot and repair Water/Sewer/Electric.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, including repairs and parts used, and milage.
Requirements
Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, including the use of ohmmeters and amp meters.
Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues effectively.
Basic fabrication skills are a plus.
Be able to dig a 4' hole
Must have a valid drivers license.
Pass a background check.
