Our team is known for delivering high-quality results on time and on budget — and we’re expanding our Kansas City operations for a long-term Fiber Aerial Plant Replacement Maintenance Program.
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated Cable Linemen and Fiber Splicers excited to join a high-energy field team supporting aerial fiber replacements and maintenance.
This program will involve:
Continuous Aerial Fiber Span Replacement and Maintenance Work
Fiber Splicing and Activation
Routine troubleshooting and repair of aerial plant infrastructure
Work in various weather conditions with safety as top priority

Experience in Aerial Fiber Construction or Cable Line Work
Proficiency in Fiber Splicing and Testing preferred
Ability to climb poles, operate bucket trucks, and perform aerial work safely
Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining continuous daily production
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
