This is a part time job based on the weather. Must be capable of mowing and weedeating a large yard, picking up branches every time it gets windy, weeding beds, cleaning horse stalls, using a tractor and putting on the mower to mow three 2 acre fields and if you’re able to fix things and maintain equipment that’s a plus. Hours can be anywhere from 30 hours per week to 10 and under per week. It all depends on the weather and what season it is. Starting pay is $17 to $18 cash per hour, but it will be based on experience.
