Join our team as a Print Advertising Salesperson and connect local businesses with the power of reaching over 250,000 attendees annually through our high-visibility venue publications. In this role, you’ll build relationships with clients, help them craft targeted advertising strategies, and deliver impactful advertising solutions that drive brand awareness.
This is a commission only position, we pay 20% of the total sale!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, advertisers, and marketing professionals.
Identify client needs and create customized advertising packages for print publications.
Meet and exceed sales goals by prospecting new clients and growing existing accounts.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure advertising materials meet client expectations.
Track sales metrics and provide regular updates to management on progress and performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in advertising sales, ideally within print media or a similar industry.
Strong understanding of the Kansas City market and local business landscape.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
