Individual is needed as Manager's Assistant:
Responsibilities:
Must be able to multitask and assist as needed
Auditing and Entering transactions as needed
Designing business Cards & Brochure's as needed
learning and assisting with vinyl cutting as needed
Making phone calls as needed
Checking phone messages
Keeping office clean an organized as needed
Auditing other employee's work
Providing proper oversight
Reporting to manager
Printing Invoices needed
Must have knowledge in Microsoft excel, Microsoft word and have some typing skills.
