FireBoard Labs, a Kansas City technology startup, is looking for an Electronics Assembler - Level 1 associate to join our team. This is an entry-level position - no prior electronics experience is required. We will provide training to help you succeed.
Manufacturing activities include assembly, testing, quality checks, and packaging. We make a special effort to ensure all products are carefully inspected and functioning as required before shipping.
Responsibilities:
Perform basic assembly tasks quickly and efficiently with training provided
Work with small parts and follow clear instructions
Help prepare finished products for shipment
Keep your work area clean and organized
Support team members in different areas of production
Key qualifications:
Able to work with purpose and maintain a steady pace
Detail-oriented and able to follow directions
Comfortable working with your hands and small pieces
Dependable and punctual
Willing to learn and take on new tasks
No prior experience needed, training will be provided
