We’re a tight-knit production brewery and brewpub just outside Kansas City, Missouri, cranking out 750 barrels a year of bold, flavorful beer. Now we’re looking for a Head Brewer to lead the charge.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all brewing operations from grain to glass
- Manage production schedules and inventory
- Operate and maintain our canning line (experience required)
- Operate and maintain our keg washer (experience required)
- Collaborate on new recipes and seasonal releases
- Keep things clean, safe, and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven brewing experience (bonus points for small-batch creativity)
- Hands-on canning line expertise
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for craft beer and a love for community
