Position: Molding Operator
Location: Lenexa, KS
Shift: 3rd shift
What You'll Do:
Accurately and efficiently pack injection molded parts, ensuring each item meets quality standards
Inspect parts for defects and damage, ensuring only the best products make it to packaging
Work closely with the production team to maintain smooth flow and productivity
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus
Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to lift, carry, and move items (up to 40 lbs)
High school diploma or equivalent
