What you’ll be doing:
Work 1:1 with children, providing ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics.
Follow treatment plans created by our awesome BCBAs.
Track progress and celebrate wins with your clients.
Collaborate with families and your team to keep kids moving forward.
Create a safe, positive, and fun environment every day.
What we’re looking for:
A high school diploma (some college is a plus).
Experience with ABA or working with kids is great, but not required.
Reliable, caring, and ready to make an impact.
Able to pass a background check and have transportation to get to sessions.
