We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Account Administrator with various office and bookkeeping tasks. Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential, as the role may involves managing payroll for four employees, invoicing clients, paying vendors, assisting with banking, and reviewing bank and credit card statements (some of which are personal accounts).
Key Responsibilities:
Support Account Administrator with QuickBooks tasks, including payroll, invoicing, and vendor payments
Assist in maintaining bank relationships and monitoring financial statements
Conduct some research and complete various administrative forms as needed
Draft, customize or finalize documents or quotes using MS Word and pdf
Qualifications:
Efficiency with MS Word and comfortable working in QuickBooks
Organizational skills and attention to detail
While Spanish language skills are a plus, translation and interpreting are not part of this role (although relevant training would be welcome)
There is some flexibility between full time and part time. Initially, inhouse work required, some virtual work may be negotiable later.
