Receptionist/Office assistant
Our fast paced law firm is looking for a friendly, pleasant, well organized, reliable, receptionist/office assistant. Our open position is primarily focused on answering the phone, customer updates, managing customer expectations, and data entry. The person we are seeking must be honest, trustworthy, and a self- starter who can work with little to no supervision.
You must possess:
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and juggle different tasks as needed.
Well organized with attention to detail
Ability to work 10:00am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday
Experience with Outlook (email), Word and ExcelÂ
Ability to learn our client management system relatively quickly
Business Casual work attire
Primary Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer phones in a professional and courteous manner
Daily mail, scanning, invoicing
Update clients on the status of their case
Bank deposits
Starting salary $12 - $14.50 per hour ($20,000-$23,000 annually) based on abilities and experience with an opportunity to increase that amount quickly, 30 hour work week, no overtime. You will be responsible for your own health insurance and must have reliable transportation as well. You'll accrue one week vacation/PTO year one and twice that the following year.Â
