ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Operations Administrative Position will support the accounting department and meet company objectives by maintaining financial records, running reports, and recording a wide range of financial transactions. This position will offer administrative support and bookkeeping assistance, prepare financial statements, and confirm the accuracy of the accounting database. This position will require help with logistics and adherence to company policies.
Customer Service
Financial record-keeping
Provide professionally written correspondence to customers.
Clerical duties as needed
Obtain financial information from customers
Support requests of other departments as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2-4 years’ experience in an accounting or administrative support role is a plus.

Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office suite
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent problem-solving and resolution skills
Strong Math/ Accounting Skills
