Apartment Complex Seeking Property Manager. Full Time 8-4:30PM
We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all lease activities and transactions. Our property is starting a MAJOR rehab.
Responsibilities:
Affordable Housing Experience at least 3 years
Oversee and coordinate relocation of residents
Oversee and coordinate all lease transactions
Attract and educate new tenants
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
Qualifications:
Affordable Housing Section 42 Experience at least 3 years
Previous experience in property management or other related fields
Familiarity with rental contracts and leases
Ability to build rapport with tenants
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
