We are seeking 3 energetic individuals who have excellent front office, communication and interpersonal skills to work at various offices in the Kansas City Metro area (Overland Park, Blue Springs, Downtown KC). One or more of these positions is a Temp-to-Permanent position. One or more of these positions are Part-time (approximately 25 hours per week).
Specific Duties & Responsibilities will vary depending on Client’s needs but may include
Answer and direct all phone calls
Greet all office guests
Manage, clean and organize the front desk
Schedule meetings, client visits and company events
Stock the copy rooms, snack room and lounge
Collect and sort all mail and packages
Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
Answer guests' and employees' questions
Provide occasional tours of the office
Support the office manager and administrative assistants
The Ideal candidate will have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional demeanor
Two years of relevant work experience
Familiarity with basic office software
Ability to operate scanners, copiers and printers
Compensation
Compensation will commensurate with experience.
