Regional Manager

Career opportunity as a Regional Manager with an established company in the staffing/recruiting industry.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who is self motivated and can excel without direct supervision to service our local customer base in the Kansa City Area and regionally. Occasional overnight travel required.

Business management and sales and marketing a plus. Job requirements:

Business Manager Job Duties:

Maintain knowledge of all current customer jobs and temporary personnel working on these jobs. Participate in educational opportunities; review professional publications; maintain personal networks; participate in professional organizations.

Achieve organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Recruiter Job Duties:

Recruit job applicants for various staffing positions openings.

Learn recruiting requirements by meeting with project managers to discuss needs and understand each managers’ staffing needs while maintaining professional rapport.

Determines applicant suitability by studying job description, and qualifications and by interviewing and testing applicant.

Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, utilize newsgroups and job sites.

Manage coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorts applicants to interviews; arrange community tours.

Manager is encouraged to recommend new policies and practices; monitor job offers and compensation practices/perks

Marketing and Sales Manager Job Duties:

Create a regional sales and marketing plan.

Achieves sales and marketing objectives by implementing marketing plan and create opportunities with new customers. Submit marketing and sales information and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews to upper management.

Forecasting financial growth expectations for sales and marketing and meet expectations by working marketing and sales plan.

Customer Service Job Responsibilities:

Maintain current customer relationships by responding to inquiries, meeting with and entertaining current and future customers.
