Paid Training? YES! Our training last for 3 weeks and it's paid training!
Training Schedule?Monday thru Friday 9:00AM - 4:30PM

We are currently hiring for an 11/5/2024 Orientation class!
This is a full time, in-office position

WHAT YOU NEED
Previous DMV experience preferred, but not required
Proficient in proprietary software
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, and other general office equipment.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
High School Diploma/GED
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHEN
Review state specific requirements, manage license and title transactions.
Verify accuracy and completion of documents.
Prep applications and supporting documents
Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding status of transactions. (Follow up pending requirements)
Research and resolve issues related to license and title invoices.
Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Must be willing and able to perform all other duties as assigned as assigned by management.
