Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner
Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities
Process rental applications, lease agreements, and renewals
Respond to phone calls, emails, and resident inquiries
Maintain accurate resident records and organized files
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous leasing or property management experience preferred (but not required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Basic computer proficiency (Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage)
Positive, team-oriented attitude
