Job Summary
Directly supervises and coordinates activities of Store Associates in the operational department. Works with DOO and EC with B2B sales development. Social Media assistance
General Accountabilities
· Resolves customer complaints regarding sales and service transactions
· Special projects as assigned
· B2B Sales Development
· Inventory Management
· Financial Health and goal attainment

· Customer Experience and initiatives
· Operational compliance, efficiency, and protocols.
· Monitors customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
· Reviews operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
· Merchandising oversight and execution.
· Responsible for attaining Financial Goals.
· Represents company at trade association meetings to promote products.
· Plans and directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs as directed.
· Advises customers on types of and purchase needs.
· Assistant with new hire training and staff re-training
· Help facilitate monthly staff meetings.

Job Qualifications
· Education: Associate's degree or equivalent
· Experience: 3-5 years of related experiences
· Must be bi-lingual

Supervisory Responsibilities
Cover any shifts for employee call-ins as needed.
Attend meetings as proxy for Director
Train all new employees on proper operational procedures
