JOB PROFILE SUMMARY:
• Create and implement a fluid, end-to-end vision for data flow through an organization.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Consult with clients on complex data strategy projects across financial, clinical, and operational venues.
• Identify opportunities to deliver client value through analytics and data infrastructure improvement, and lead road mapping for analytics-based initiatives.
• Review implementation plans and solution-level architectures to solve business problems and determine alignment with strategy and policy.
• Manage cross-functional, highly complex data analytics projects to develop high impact client solutions.
• Lead the design and build of advanced data management solutions that provide data acquisition, data quality, data transformation, master data management, and integration of data from disparate sources.
• Ideate, develop and execute actionable reports and dashboards that reflect industry trends, competitive landscape and client-specific factors.
• Develop data models for advanced database structures.
• Merge new systems with existing warehouse structures.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Total combined related work experience and completed higher education: At least 10 years.
• Data acquisition, data migration and/or other data engineering work experience, including the design, development, implementation and/or support of data models, data architectures, data warehouses and/or databases: At least 3 years.
• Additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education: At least 7 years.
