The ideal person will have great interpersonal communication skills and love working from home on their own time. This person must be able to show self-discipline time management experience to sit and make numerous cold calls to property managers, CEO and business decision makers such as maintenance managers.
Your roll will simply concise of making random calls for window cleaning jobs for me to go estimate jobs. Obviously, bigger the jobs the more commission you will make.
For this role I am offering a 25% commission kickback on any jobs which are turned into a commercial window cleaning contract.
