DEALERSHIP DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are a Christian based company that is providing finance and insurance (F&I) products in the automotive, motorcycle and RV industry. We representative some of the premier suppliers of appearance protection products and warranties in the market, and we are quickly increasing our market share for other F&I product offerings within the KC metro area.

As a Development Manager, you will have a hunter mentality to establish and grow great relationships with dealership, as well as leveraging sales resources from the supplier companies. You will generate revenue growth by utilizing a consultative selling approach and leveraging supplier sales expertise. Since this is a commission based, contractor opportunity, hours are extremely flexible and are usually done between 9am-3pm so excellent opportunity to work while kids are in school.equals excellent life balance!

Once relationships are established, actions required to best service existing dealers include:

Making frequent dealership visits to strengthen relationship with dealership partners.

Train dealership personnel on sales/F&I processes and products in both individual and group settings.

Assisting in providing best practice training and product support to dealership F&I teams.

Assisting in solving dealership issues.

Ensuring that dealership partners have the appropriate level of products and marketing material to meet their sales needs.

Consistently fill pipeline with new opportunities to expand product offerings.

Ensure dealerships are operating at optimal performance levels. This includes maintaining top performing stores and correcting those underperforming.

Job Requirements:

Highly motivated Self-Starternot afraid to cold call!

Persistent and resilient- you handle objections and rejections well.

Executive presence – exhibits comfort, curiosity, and poise when engaging with any level of leadership.

Versatility in tailoring communication to diverse audiences with emotional intelligence.

Capacity to shape outcomes through non-authoritative means.

2+years of automotive or RV sales experience (highly preferred not required).

2 years of F and I experience (preferred not required).

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Effective problem-solving abilities.

Must be well organized and possess strong time management skills.

Expert negotiator who can wield influence.

Other Info:

Great opportunity that provides a great family-work life balance. Most of the activities can be done between 9am to 3pm.

Unlimited commission opportunity. Once dealers are established, commissions are residual if serviced appropriately.

Don’t have to be an expert on the products, goal is to obtain an audience and bring in supplier sales expertise.

Leverage existing dealerships personnel networks to establish new dealership relationships.
