As an Estimate Setter, you will play a pivotal role in driving our continued growth and success. You'll have the opportunity to engage with homeowners, showcasing our exceptional professionalism ans kindness, and setting up estimates for interested individuals. Your efforts will directly contribute to our impressive track record and further establish our company as an industry leader.
No experience? No worries. We hire based on attitude and potential rather than accolades and experience. We want A-Players who are hungry to learn and soak up everything there is to know about how to influence & communicate effectively. However, experienced estimate setters will create growth opportunities rapidly with potential to move up to sales and estimation!
In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we provide bonuses for successfully setting up estimates so you can exponentially earn as your skills improve. We also offer flexible hours, allowing you to balance school, family, or other work commitments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Arrive at meeting points promptly to get the day initiated
Door knocking with efforts focused on kindness and creating intrigue
Smiling 10x more than you normally do
Scheduling estimate appointments
Understand and execute tasks and scripts in a timely and professional manner
Approach homeowners in a professional manner, and use people skills and communication to gather information and set appointments
Build rapport with homeowners in a timely manner to generate high quality leads that will ultimately become sales
Communicating with Venpro Painting business owner

Professional, outgoing, and friendly personality with a strong work ethic
Willing to quickly walk neighborhoods, work independently, and work well with a team
Assertive, self-motivated, strong negotiation skills, and a results-oriented mindset

QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Previous experience in canvassing, sales, customer service, or other related fields is a plus, but not necessary

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20 - $40+ per hour
Expected hours: 12-15 per week
Pay Structure:
$15 per hour base pay
$20 for every qualified lead
$35 for every estimate booked
If a lead becomes an estimate, you'll be paid the estimate booked rate
Ex: 15 hrs: $15 per hour=$225 // In 15 hrs you get 10 leads ($200) and 5 Estimates Booked ($175) // 15 hours = $600 ($40 per hour)
