We are an established, national company in the commercial construction industry seeking a motivated, results-driven Commercial Construction Field Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our reach across the Kansas and Missouri territory. As part of our growing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us secure new business and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the commercial construction sector.
Position Overview:

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing relationships, and promoting our services throughout the KS/MO territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, including general contractors, developers, sub-contractors, etc.
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads through networking, cold calling, and site visits
Prepare and present bids, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and on-time project delivery
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain communication with clients throughout project lifecycle
Qualifications:
Experience in sales, ideally in business-to-business environments (not required but a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple projects and territories
Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets and grow the business
Ability to travel within the KS/MO territory (must have reliable transportation)
Valid driver’s license required
