Must be able to multi-task in a very busy environment. High energy needed as it is a fast paced office. Must be able to work as a team in the office to get tasks accomplished directly under the property manager. Organization is a must.
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Bi-lingual is a plus - One Site experience is a plus. Willing to train. Weekends required depending on positions/properties.
