NorthStar Group is expanding its Kansas City team and looking for self-motivated Sales Representatives who are commission driven and want to maximize their earnings potential. Prior roofing sales experience is not required as long as you have an upbeat and engaging personality, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. You must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to be able to meet with clients. New reps with no experience average $60k to $100k in their first year because of our amazing culture, support, and training we provide.
