Responsibilities of the Mortgage Sales Associate:
Work with our elite mortgage loan consultants and pre-qualify homeowners for mortgage Loans.
Perform a heavy volume of inbound phone duties, including contacting and transferring clients to appropriate parties.
Hit daily quotas for both personal and team
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan application
Assist customers in the loan application process, providing information and guidance on loan options
Evaluate loan applications and determine eligibility based on creditworthiness
