Volta Solar Energy is a branch of Volta Roofing, LLC with over thirty years of experience. We are innovating in the solar industry and looking to hire new Lead Setters. Lead Setters should desire a life changing future away from the 8-5 job where they control their own revenue. Unlike many commission jobs, Lead Setters will enjoy a $15 an hour pay, appointment compensation, with commission attached.
Lead Setters will experience industry leading training on the solar field before heading out and setting leads through door-to-door canvassing or personal networking. There is no pay cap, the more you put in, the more money you earn. Meeting the minimum requirements will earn $43,000 a year with many lead setters earning six figures IF they put in the work.
Lead Setters will be expected to work 32 hours a week. The first week of training will happen at 9:30a Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. After the first week, the hours will be five hours a day, largely in the evenings, with a Tuesday at 1:00p all-team meeting in the office. Lead Setters must have reliable transportation, good communication skills, and good work ethic to achieve the six figure numbers for life changing results.
