We’re looking for a warm, results-driven Skin Care Specialist to deliver glow-giving treatments and coach clients on daily “Beauty Fitness™” routines.
You are:
Licensed esthetician (medical/clinical background a plus, not required)
3+ years hands-on experience with facials, peels, extractions, devices, and home-care planning
Obsessed with skin health, client education, and clean, science-based care
Kind, professional, and coach-minded — you love cheering clients on!
What you’ll do:
Perform customized treatments aligned with our Beautness℠ philosophy
Create simple, effective at-home protocols clients can follow
Document progress and results; celebrate wins with before/afters
Collaborate on events, social content, and client education
