We are an individually owned salon and spa suite located on 95th and Antioch with great street visibility. We offer 8 units and pride ourselves on being an intimate space for beauty professionals to grow their own business. We opened 2022 and have been at full capacity until recently due to our tenants businesses growing since renting at our location and needing more space.
Several of our units have floor to ceiling windows that offer great natural light. Are units are large and spacious at a competitive rate. We are not in the business of raising rates on tenants (and have NOT since opening). We are in the business of finding professionals who are looking to start and/or grow their business from our space.
Rates range from $225-365 per week with ALL utilities included and FREE onsite laundry.
Stylists are provided a shampoo bowl, shampoo chair, styling station, styling chair and cabinet.
Aestiticians are provided with sink, cabinet and facial bed.
