We are looking for a full-time technical resource to provide Service Desk/Help Desk Support in the KC Metro area. Experience supporting computer hardware (PC & MAC) / software (MS Office, Outlook, AD (Active Directory), Connectivity Issues, WIFI, etc. is necessary. Experience with VDI's and printer repair is a plus.
A+ certification and one year Service Desk/Help Desk support experience answering first level technical support calls is necessary.
