Hello, we are a small 2 man crew that builds decks and installs patio covers. Looking to add a 3rd guy to the crew. Must have construction experience, reliable transportation, and basic hand tools. This is outside work with the jobs being scattered around the metro area. Must be able to meet at the different job sites around the city. Must be tough enough to work outside in the cold! I am looking for someone with construction experience, but reliability and motivation are key. I can teach someone all the details. This will start as an hourly position until you become proficient in what we do, at which point you can be switch to a percentage of the total job, which would pay out more the faster and more efficient you work.
